[SI-LIST] Core thickness in between power planes!

Hi...
I have an 8 layer stackup and I have a core layer in
the middle, between two power layers.

I was wondering what's a safe core thickness to have
between the two planes, to avoid the two powers
to couple to each other and cause noise.

Thanks,

Tariq
