[SI-LIST] AC coupling capacitor placement - on board PCIe devices

Hi All,
What is the AC coupling capacitor placement recommendation for the on board 
PCIe devices. (Both the devices are in same board).
We have Midbus probe (soft touch pad) between the devices.
