Hi subbu,
For the frequencies of interest in your case, the wavelength is > 3m. From a
radiation point of view your pcbs are like point sources. You are probably
interested in the interaction with the large metallic structures and the
multitude of cables and possible antennas in/on the car. There is a simulation
tool designed specifically for this kind of problems: EMC Studio
See:
http://emintegrity.com/emcsoft.html
However, if you insist on the pcb aspects try from the same place:
PCBMod with RadiaSim and if you add CableMod you could simulate an entire
vehicle.

I am doing designs for automotive industry.
The max clock freq is 25Mhz. It is a single layer
board. (FR4 or SEM)
Does EMC tools capable enough for single layer board
designs?
If yes, which is the good tool suggested.
thanks and regards
subbu
