[SI-LIST] about pspice

hi friends,

        i am using the pspice, in orcad-capture i am
trying to simulate the inverter using the MOSFET's ,
when i  generate netlist i am not finding the mosfets
definations in the netlist i.e., in the circuit file
of the project. plz can anybody give me the directions
regarding it...also how to find the defined mosfet
models in the pspice.....
