Hello to all. Sorry for this imposition. We have been searching for a
?Qualified? Signal Integrity Manager for our client in Austin, TX. Please

Position Description:
Signal Integrity Manager
General Summary: Manages the efforts of the Signal Integrity functional
team, which is responsible for ensuring all server designs meet signal/power
quality and timing requirements with appropriate margin by using Signal
Integrity and Electromagnetic Simulation and Analysis.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: People manager for Signal Integrity
(SI) team - manage team member performance and development. Signal Integrity
team project management - develop schedules/plans and map resources to
projects as required to ensure all business commitments (cost, schedule,
quality, and performance) are met. Product development - manage platform
development efforts of the SI team as they engage with technology providers
and the platform design team, design potential solutions, evaluate relative
merits using simulation tools, work with the design team to select an
optimal approach, validate the approach through analytical and empirical
means. Process - develop, maintain the processes used by the Signal
Integrity team to ensure power/signal quality on all server products.
Tools - manage ECAE simulation tool selection, procurement, training and
usage. Strategist - track technology roadmaps and ensure the team is fully
prepared to address new technologies from a power/signal quality
perspective. Cost center manager - manage budget to achieve project and
strategic objectives for Signal Integrity team.
Knowledge, Skills, Education and Abilities: 7 - 10 years experience
designing high speed signal interfaces and high slew rate power delivery
solutions with AT LEAST 5 years of management experience in Signal Integrity
engineering. Preferred experience in IA32 server development. Formal project
management training is a plus
