Hello,
Is there any std. enviorment for characterising SSTL2 transmitter for
tri-state delays, or AC enviorment given in JESD8-9A is enough.
If later is true, what should be the measurement references, because in
this case one can't use VOTR (Output timing measurement reference level)
for measurement as for Z-Low and Z-High delays, output is already at VOTR
and for Low-Z and High-Z case it doesn't make good sense to measure at
VOTR.
Same for the case HSTL and GTL will also be very helpfull.
