you can use cadence sigxp to do cumulativem jitter analysis with IBIS model in 
a special circuit,and the most important is that you need to move the clock 
diagram related to data diagram ,which is decided by the device datasheet!

            In my design I need to transfer Ethernet recovered clock
(125MHz max) to the Add-on card. For this signal I need to do cumulative
jitter analysis. Kindly provide me suggestions how to do cumulative
jitter analysis or suggest any references for study.
