A quick google search on mspice shows that www.fastrack-design.com offers
the tool, however the mSpice tool doesn't even show up in their site map.
I believe a Spice tool when there are real customer quotes, not merely a
table of speed and memory usage on hand-picked designs.
From what I read the mSpice tool belongs in the FastSPICE category handling
millions of transistors, while the other tools (Hspice, Spectre, Eldo) are
traditional Spice tools with capacity in the 20K or so range.
If cost is an issue then consider SmartSpice from Silvaco. If vendor
reputation is an issue then consider Eldo, Spectre or Hspice.
