Mohamad,

You need to install a freely distributable Ansoft plug-in (an "integration 
executable") into
Allegro. Once done, you can export Ansoft ANF format data from Allegro that may 
be imported into
either AnsoftLinks or SIwave directly.

Contact your local Ansoft representative to obtain the latest 
plug-in/"integration executable".

I'm aware that this is a workaround for your problem of directly translating 
*.brd into *.siw, but
it's the only way I'm aware of. Obviously, if the *.brd is customer-generated, 
you have to rely upon
the willingness of your customer to help you out.
