Job Description:

-Perform design and simulation of new memory module and subsystem product=
s for
Nanya's product line.
-Generate and support simulation models of memory subsystems for use by
Nanya's system integration customers.
-Determine the module design and simulation tools and methodologies for u=
se
throughout Nanya's world-wide design centers.
-Utilize memory and system computer simulation models as well as laborato=
ry
measurements to understand application issues and optimizations.
-Work with Jedec and other industry groups to define memory technology
roadmaps and to design future products.

Job Requirements:
-----------------
-A bachelor's degree or higher in CS or EE with 10 or more years of relat=
ed
experience is required.
-Experience with system-level PCB design and simulation is required,
preferably designing memory modules using software by Cadence or Mentor.
-An understanding of signal integrity issues and high-frequency design
techniques is essential.
-Familiarity with computer system design, especially personal computer
architectures, chipsets, and memory subsystems is desired.
-You must be located in the Houston Texas area or be willing to relocate.=
