Try This 3rd party tool called "Netcheck Tools" by CADPRO Systems
,www.cadprosystems.com. You can download a free 30-day trial offer and
test-drive it. 

This software is capable of translating any netlist format to any other
netlist format. It can compare two netlists and produce a difference report,
thats what iam told in some forum.

Nevertheless,i didn't get an opportunity to use,you give a try.
