Ludvik -
I did a 533MBs implementation 2 years ago with Micron parts. 667 wasn't
really out yet. ODT works fine, makes life easy. Of course you have to
perform normal due diligence. Read all of Micron's and Xilinx's literature
and have at it.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Will ODT on DDR2 work?
Gentlemen,
I will be interfacing 244-pin Mini-DIMM - DDR2-667 from Micron to Xilinx's
Virtex-5 and I want to use ODT instead of discrete resistors. Do you know
about any potential problem I will be facing on Virtex-5 or Micron side?
