FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] wants fastcap program

respected sirs, 
i downloaded fast model for fasthenry & fastcap.
for fast henry i am getting results in ZC.mat, but not getting the L, R, 
matrixes separately, even if i activated the required options, results shows 
unreadable format in windows
sir, i couldnt get the correct program in fastcap  for the Htree clock 
structure ( figure along with, length is assumed to be 1000um. w=1um, t=1um
for the cap extraction, also above & below layers also shld be considered
so , pls send me the FASTCAP input file for the structure shown in the 
diagram(given last)(attached)
