Does anyone know if there is an available conversion routine (e.g. 
Excel, Mathad, web-based.....), that would help me convert multiple 
2-port VNA S-parameters obtained on a 4-port DUT (measure all 
combinations of two-ports while the other ports are terminated) and 
convert them into 4-port mixed-mode S-parameters?

I am especially interested in SCC21 and SDC21 (CM-CM transfer and CM-
DM conversion). I cannot use TDR/TDT because I need at least -60 dB 
sensitivity.
