FYI,

Our paper on "High Bandwidth Measurement Techniques for Low Inductance
Structures" is now on the GigaTest website.  This was the paper delivered
last week by Eric Bogatin at DesignCon, as part of Istvan Novak's TecForum
on Power Plane Design.
