[SI-LIST] placement of bias resistors on differential traces

Hello SI-LIST,
if have a question about the placement of bias resistors
on a differential trace:
- does it matter where the resistors are placed along the trace
(beginning, middle or end)?
- should the resistors be placed at the same relative location
so the discontinuity of the resistor pads appear on both traces
at the same time?
Thanks,
Niels.
