Hello, Javi:
Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) oscilloscope would be one important
instrument for measuring impedance of the traces, delay, inductance,
capacitance, transmission line frequency-dependent losses, and understanding
the signal performance of your system overall. We also have many application
notes on using TDR for signal integrity which should tell you about possible
uses of TDR for signal integrity analysis. Check out our web site at
www.tdasystems.com/support.htm
Thanks,
