For free SPICE, there is an extensive "Free SPICE FAQ" that used to be
published on the sci.electronics newsgroup. An archived copy of it
(somewhat dated, from 1996) can be found at
http://www.repairfaq.org/ELE/F_Free_Spice.html .
If you are looking for a free program to display the simulations you have
already run, UNIX, Linux, and GNU are supposed to have various free plotting
tools with excellent capabilities. I haven't used them.
