FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] CAN Edge Rates

While CAN is hardly a "high speed" interface, we have a curiosity which
has prompted me to ask if anybody in this forum knows the edge rate spec
for physical layer CAN.  I don't think that any standard defines this
and our CAN transceiver vendor does not specify it in their data sheet.
