Michael,

Can you explain the difference between IBIS 3.2 and IBIS 4 that affect the
behavior of 10Gbps devices?
Or maybe you know where to find some documents regarding IBIS 4?

Gangyao,

It is my understanding that IBIS 3.2 is not powerful enough to
accurately describe the behavior of 10Gbps devices. However, IBIS 4
looks promising and may handle these models.
