If we choose to use freelists or some other services, there is
probably no room for negotiation. This may or may not be good
enough. Other options may be more flexible. What I don't like is that
no side-by-side comparison is made but people are becoming salesmen
and time is passing.
What we need is thorough comparison of available options and decision
must be made after important information is gathered. We are doing
backward here. More noise is generated because of lack of information.
