Yes, they filed from protection from their creditors. Agfa-Geveart have
agreed to free up some cash to keep things going during a reorganisation
for at least the next 3 months. The head of NannO Beteiligungsholding (51%
of AgfaPhoto), Hartmut Emans, is now locked out of the offices and the DA
are investigating allegations of "missing" funds.

Yes. Some parts of the company will probably be spun-off to generate some
revenues. I suspect they are (despite the headline stories) still in a better
situation than Ilford to survive in the market..
