That should work. One always sees the instruction to dissolve a pinch
of sulfite first before adding the Metol. However, the amount of Metol
that gets oxidized is miniscule if you don't do this.

What if I mix all the dry chemicals together, _except_ the metol.
Then when I am ready to develop, grab the water, drop in the metol, mix,
then add in the batch of remaining chemicals?
