Yes, this link does include many formats. However, it does not have an
explanations of the drivers - it's just a listing.
Perhaps a further explanation is in order:
I would like to understand how the various formats are created, and why some
(like PDF) are created with printer drivers, while others (like .DOC files)
are created by the program itself.
