[ossrp-control] Concentrate on Longhorn

Hi Will and others
I would just like to state my oppinion that this project really should
consider Longhorn to be its first and primary target. Beyond this other
platforms can be looked at, but I feel we will get a much better result by
concentrating on one platform. This unfortunately will exclude people who
don't have Longhorn, but things have drastically changed between XP and
Longhorn, and even more so between 95/98/2000 and Longhorn.
The biggest thing will be the use of DotNet as the native framework in
Longhorn, compared with an add-on for XP and earlier. More importantly,
however, is the introduction of UI Automation in Longhorn, which will make
it so much easier to write a screen reader for Longhorn than for XP. In
fact, making the screen reader work on XP and earlier is likely to make the
project late, bloated, and not as nice.
I know a lot of people won't like this point of view, but I thought it was
worth throwing it out there.
