Hi Will,
I think some sort of open-source screen reader (or the bones of one) that 
could be bent to fit anyone's needs.

I'm not sure how this would work, but I mean, I am using Windows XP, I have 
friends running Windows 98, others running ... You get the picture, so some 
sort of open source screen reader for all operating systems that a 
programmer could manipulate would be a great idea, how about it?
