[ossrp-control] question about screen reader

Hello. My name is Ryan Mann. I heard about this project from another
list. I read that one of the things this project will focus on is an open
source screen reader for Long horn. Will this screen reader be compatible
with Windows XP or would somebody have to purchase Windows Longhorn in
order to be able to use the screen reader?
