Yep, I forgot to mention that this requires OCI. Forms uses UPI layer directly
without too much OCI involved.
However, forms should have it's own mechanisms for doing request pre and post
processing..

Thanks for the details, unfortunately we have a Oracle Forms app that we have
developer inhouse over last 14 years. Not sure How i can embed this UCB stuff
into it.
But for future I'll keep this in mind.
