Recommend good Oracle Auditing software?

We are looking for a good GUI software application to implement auditing
against our Oracle databases.
Ideally it would use a central repository and have canned reports.
It needs to run against Oracle 7.3 - 10G databases and possibly SQL
Server.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
