FreeLists / oracle-l / CPUs NOT getting consumed ?

Folks



During a Benchmark the CPUs are NOT getting consumed at certain stages
during the run in ALL DB, APP & Web Servers.



NOTE - APP server contains OLTP nature of transactions pertaining to
Banking trans



We are considering using following commands to help in diagnosis



Truss -fdD -p <pid>

pstack <pid>



How can we approach the issue? Advice please?



I will provide any details needed



Solaris 9

Oracle 9.2.0.5.0  

APP = Banking Application
