RAC ASM error

Hi,
Environment:
Oracle 10.2.0.1.0 Standrad Edition
Solaris 10 (sparc 64bit)
I am using Oracle Clusterware only.
I have configure ASM instance on two nodes.I can start both ASM instances
without any error.but when I give crs_stat -t

ora....ac1.ons application ONLINE ONLINE catf...rac1
ora....ac1.vip application ONLINE ONLINE catf...rac1
so I tried to start ASM using srvctl
srvctl start asm -n bullhead-rac2
It's giving me below error:
PRKS-1009 : Failed to start ASM instance "+ASM2" on node "bullhead-rac2",
