SGA size

List,
We have a client running oracle 7.3.4 ( I know it is outdated we are
pushing to 9i), the sga size is 5MB. That's right it is 5MB. Can a instance
run with 5mb of SGA? Or is the dictionary table giving me the wrong info or
Am I missing something here?
