RAC nodes list?

Does anyone know what table or view will show me what nodes and instances
are supposed to be in a RAC Cluster, oracle 10.2.0.3?  gv$instance will give
me the instances that are currently up, but I would like to be able to query
to find out what instances and nodes are supposed to be in the cluster.
