Seeking a RAC Consultant

Greetings,
In an attempt to get our RAC installations under control I am going to
speak to management here and request that a RAC consultant be brought in
to assist in proper configuration/setup and maintenance. If anyone can
provide me references for a RAC consultant I would appreciate it.
Preferably someone who can walk on water.
