AppManager from NetIQ versus Oracle OEM Grid Control

Another organization in our company wants to purchase NetIQ to replace
Tivoli.
Anyone has any experience with both of these products (NetIQ and Oracle Grid
Control?
Can you give me some pro's and con's between them?
