Have you tried 'dba_segments' ? There is a
partition_name column, which you can use to group by.

select segment_name, partition_name, sum(bytes)
from dba_segments
where segment_name = <your table name>
group by segment_name, partition_name

I am not sure how it would treat CLOB/BLOB.
