Good morning. This is the question about 9041 patchset instalation
(10g AS Release 1) on 9040 (10g AS ).
Here the implementation is split tier(1 MT , 1 Infra : both seperate nodes).
From the readme, I understand:
1. Software update to be done to ORACLE_HOME of iAS Middle tier (on MT Node)
2. Then software update to be done to ORACLE_HOME of infra tier (on Infra node)
3. Metadata repository to be performed to ORACLE_HOME of infra tier
(on Infra node)
4. Manual steps (to upgrade portal): Scripts to be run on Infra tier.
Is there steps correct? Has anyone performed this upgrade( / 9041
patchset installation)??
Pls review the steps and pls suggest me. Any kind of feedback would be
really appreciated.
