In the V$LIBRARYCACHE one of the NAMESPACE is TABLE/PROCEDURE, is this =
mean in our LIBRARY CACHE Oracle treat TABLE and PROCEDURE similarly, =
why not SQL AREA/PROCEDURE instead?
