Hi Mike,
I had to work with 9iR2 agent on snmpdv1 / AIX5.2L ... an year back.
I had to make a couple of entries in snmpd.conf
One thing i clearly remember is :
9.2.0.1 agent doesn't work with SNMPDv1 / AIX5.2L.
We then upgraded it to 9.2.0.6 and it worked.
So i would advice you to bring the agent up to 9.2.0.6 and then try.
