Acumate To Oracle Database - Large Data Transfers?

Folks
Is there some Tool, Oracle Product that allows Transfer of large volumes
of Data (156 GB- daily) from Acumate Database into Oracle Database.
Currently Download into Flat file from Acumate & SQL*Load into Oracle DB
is being considered.
NOTE=20
- Both Databases exist on different machines, but on the SAME LAN.
- Respective Data in Oracle DB is Truncated at End of Day & Reloaded
Will provide any Info.
