dblink from 9.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.1g 01406 and forced disconection

Hi,
Does any please know about a way to connect from 9.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.1 without
problems
I got 01406 and forced disconection in several tries, that seems a bug.
I don't know if this is only my problem or this is a common problem.
