I am professionally incompetent at flying an aircraft because I do not know how
to fly one.
If I knew how to fly one, it would be possible for me to be professionally
incompetent at flying one because I flew poorly.
And, I saw a bunch of badly designed databases using RMS on the VAX/VMS too.
