CPU200504 issued for win32, 10.1.0.4 (security patch)

After a week off, I noticed that Metalink has provided the 10.1.0.4
patchset 1 for win32.
This includes the fixes for vulnerabilities covered in the CPU200504
security alert.
Fixes were available for 10.1.0.3 win32 and for other platforms.
