OEM crashes

I am trying to run the 10.2.0.0 client on Windows Server 2003 (Service
pack 2). As soon as I try to connect OEM to a database, the program
quits, spitting out what looks like a Java stack trace in the command
window. The command window, unfortunately, exits immediately, so I
cannot capture its contents.
Any ideas?
