BUFFER CACHE RATIOS

Hi,
I noticed Buffer Cache Hit Ratio was 52% ,after increased db_block_buffers
only I see increase in 4% in buffer cahe hit ratio.
change value from db_block_buffers = 14424 to db_block_buffers = 16000
.Wondering how to improve more buffer cache ratio.
