Hi
Has anybody used the parameter
SQLNET.OUTBOUNT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT when client attempts
to connect to host that is unavailable the connection
attempt will be bounded to the time specified by the
SQLNET.OUTBOUNT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT after which the client
attempts to connect to next host in the address list
