Encrypting Rman backups

Hi,
Looking into Encrypting Rman 10.2 compressed backups. Doc 316886.1
describes it but wondering about any issues that came up from people who
have actually done it and/or how long did it take to setup. What did you do
for password for backup. I can see it..."Yes sir...we have that backup, but
we can not remember the password so the backup is basically useless."
