[opendtv] FCC's PSAs on the DTV transition for radio and TV stations

These spots should be appearing soon on radio and TV.

The only omissions I could see are (1) they didn't mention the case of
DBS viewers who might also use analog OTA TV, and (2) that LPTV stations
and translators might not switch over that soon.

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word 
unsubscribe in the subject line.
