[openbeostranslationkit] BTranslationUtils Update

I finally managed to get my changes to BTranslationUtils into CVS. Part of
the problem was that I was using the wrong password and didn't realize it.
I didn't make any major changes, I just changed my code so that it would
meet the OpenTracker style guidelines.
Now, I'm going to begin work on my implementation of BTranslatorRoster.
