Hi,
I commited all my changes from last night, so that you can enjoy them now.

Certainly you've noticed that the test suite has grown quite big and
takes pretty long to run. On my laptop the R5 classes need 20 seconds
and our implementation is about half as slow. Certainly
entry_ref_to_path() can be identified as the main reason for the latter.
I was thinking about turning EntryRefToPath into an add-on. Then it
would be even easier to add other functions (if we need any).
What do you think?
